Help plan how tennis grows across the country. As, you would set priorities with the department lead, act as an in-house consultant, and turn advocacy goals into grant and the employer projects. You would also build the employer and dashboards that show what the work delivers, and write board memos that connect tennis to community and youth impact.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with flexible in-office and remote time. You need a bachelor's degree, relevant experience (a management consulting or strategy background preferred), strong data and public speaking skills, and experience leading complex projects. Playing ability is not required. The base salary is shown beside this summary, and if you have led consulting or strategy work for a national organization, this role asks for that exact background.
