Tennis Facility Staff

Run a tennis shop at a club where you handle the member experience, the retail floor and the back-office numbers. You would book lessons, clinics and court time, buy and price stock, keep billing and inventory accurate, and train and schedule the shop staff. You would also work with the racquet sports director on tournaments, clinics, camps and events.

The job is full-time and seasonal, with weekends and holidays on the schedule. You need experience running a retail, pro shop or hospitality operation, plus comfort with inventory, point-of-sale and the employer. Tennis or pickleball interest is a plus, not a must.
