Pickleball Head Pro

Lead the pickleball program as its head pro, with open play, clinics, leagues, tournaments and events in your care. Much of the work is revenue-generating on-court teaching. You would also promote the offerings to members, handle scheduling and billing, and may supervise the pickleball staff, including scouting and interviewing new team members.

This is a full-time role. You need a thorough knowledge of pickleball, experience teaching it and planning events, and CPR and AED certification. A pickleball teaching certification is preferred within six months of hire. Pay is hourly, plus an incentive tied to your own on-court revenue.
