Pickleball Lead

Lead the pickleball program at a club. You would run open play, clinics, leagues, tournaments and events, and develop and sell the on-court programs you teach. You would also schedule and bill pickleball programs, promote them to members, and possibly supervise club pickleball staff.

This is a full-time role paid by the hour, with an incentive tied to your own on-court revenue and to how the pickleball department performs. You need a thorough knowledge of the game, experience teaching it, and experience planning events. You also need a pickleball teaching certification within six months of hire, plus CPR and AED certification. The benefits include a fully subsidized membership and a 401(k) with a company match.
