Pickleball Program Lead
Athletic clubName with Pro
Near the Baltimore area, Maryland
You would lead pickleball programming: open play, clinics, leagues, tournaments and events. Part of the work is teaching revenue-generating on-court programs yourself, plus promoting them to members and handling the scheduling and billing behind them. The job is full-time and hourly, with an incentive on your personal on-court revenue.
You need thorough knowledge of pickleball, experience teaching it, and experience planning events. Pickleball teaching certification is preferred, and it can come within six months of hire. CPR and AED certification is needed to start. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The job also includes a fully subsidized membership and a 401(k) with a discretionary company match.
