Lead the racquets business at a tennis facility, with programming for juniors, adults and high-performance players across tennis and pickleball. You would drive lesson volume, leagues, tournaments and clinics, hire and lead a team, manage budgets and payroll, and lead marketing.
This is a full-time role with early mornings, evenings and weekends, since the business runs seven days a week. You need leadership experience in tennis or racquets, a USPTA or PTR certification, and a record of measurable business growth. A pickleball certification and a college degree are preferred. Performance-based incentives tie part of the pay to growth.
