Lead the tennis department as its director. You would oversee all tennis operations, supervise and train the tennis staff, and manage the department budget. You would also teach private, group and clinic lessons, and run leagues, tournaments and club social events.
The job needs three to five years of supervisory and instructional experience in a club setting, plus evening and weekend availability. Expect a background check, CPR certification within 30 days of hire, and a USPTA or PTR certification. It suits a coach who already runs adult leagues and junior programs.
