Director of Racquet Sports
Athletic clubName with Pro

Run a full racquets business for a club company that is open seven days a week. You would build tennis and pickleball programming for juniors, adults and high-performance players, push lesson volume, leagues, events and court use, and lead the marketing. You would also manage the budget, payroll and profit, and hire, train and lead the team.
It is a full-time role with early mornings, evenings and weekends. You need three to five years of leadership in tennis or racquets management, USPTA or PTR certification, and a record of measurable business growth. A pickleball certification is preferred, and a college degree is preferred too.
