Tennis Director
Private clubName with Pro
Slidell area, Louisiana
Run the racquets side of a club as its tennis director. You would build tennis and pickleball programs for juniors, adults and high-performance players, and lead leagues, tournaments, clinics, camps and events. You would also grow lesson volume and court use, hire and lead a team of 10 or more staff, manage the budget and lead marketing.
The job is full-time, with early mornings, evenings and weekends, because the racquets business runs seven days a week. USPTA or PTR certification is preferred, and so is pickleball certification. Several years of leadership in tennis or racquets management is required, and the base salary comes with performance-based incentives tied to growth.
