Director of Pickleball

Lead the pickleball programming for a club, planning leagues, clinics, tournaments and socials for players from first-timers to competitive players. You would set the schedule against court space, build the programs and events, and own the budget and numbers that go with them. You would also recruit and develop the staff who run the sessions.
This role calls for two to four years of program management, with pickleball or recreation experience preferred. You need a bachelor's, and comfort reading budgets.
