Pickleball Lead

Lead the pickleball programming at a club. You would manage open play, clinics, mixers, leagues, tournaments and events, and teach the on-court programs that bring in revenue. Much of the work is selling and promoting those programs to members, plus scheduling, billing and member communication. You might also supervise pickleball staff, including hiring and onboarding.

This is a full-time role paid hourly, with a performance-based incentive and an incentive tied to your personal on-court revenue. You need thorough knowledge of pickleball, experience teaching it and planning events, and a pickleball teaching certification within six months of hire. CPR and AED certification is required. PPR, IPTPA or USPTA certification is preferred.
