Director of Pickleball

Run a pickleball program from the ground up. You would build and oversee leagues, clinics and events, manage its budget and operations, and plan growth, including a youth program. You would also hire, schedule and evaluate the program's staff, welcome new members and teach group and private lessons as needed.

This is a full-time role for someone with at least 5 years of pickleball coaching, or 10 years of tennis coaching plus 4 years of pickleball play and 1 year of coaching. You need experience overseeing budgets and a 5.0+ playing level. PPR, IPTPA or equivalent certifications are preferred.
