Pickleball Director

Run the pickleball program at a club. You would develop instruction, clinics, leagues and open play, sell new programs to members and guests, and hire, train and schedule the coaching staff. You would also keep players informed about promotions and member perks.
This is a full-time role with weeknight and weekend hours. The club asks for at least two years of playing or coaching pickleball, knowledge of the pickleball industry, and strong leadership and communication skills. Full-time staff can enroll in health, dental and vision insurance, and a 401k plan has an employer match. Staff also get a complimentary club membership.
