Keep the technology running for a tennis organization. You would troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems, help with device setup, and make sure equipment in the courts, offices and common areas works. You also answer the employer questions from staff and visitors and help with booking and scheduling systems.
It is a part-time role with on-site shifts, and some of the work can be done remotely. You need solid technical support skills, good customer service and communication, and sound analytical skills. Help desk experience is preferred, and interest in sports is a plus.
